jj7 Terms and Conditions – What You Need to Know

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the jj7 platform — whether through the website at jj7.vin or through the jj7 Android app — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms. This agreement takes effect from the moment you first use the platform, whether or not you have created an account.

jj7 reserves the right to update, modify or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jj7 will update the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically. Continued use of jj7 after any change is posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms apply to all registered players and visitors from Pakistan or anywhere else who access jj7.vin. They should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and jj7.

3 Account Registration & Rules

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on jj7. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same name, email address, phone number, payment method or device — is a breach of these Terms and may result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and balances forfeited.

• You must provide accurate, current and complete information when registering. This includes your real name, date of birth, valid email address and Pakistani mobile number.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Do not share your password with anyone.
• You must notify jj7 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission.
• jj7 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time and to request supporting documentation such as a CNIC copy, bank statement or payment method confirmation.
• Accounts that have not been verified within a reasonable period following a verification request may be suspended until verification is completed.
• jj7 may close or suspend any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms, used fraudulently or involved in any form of collusion or match-fixing activity.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from jj7 are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for depositing, subject to verification requirements. jj7 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly, with most mobile wallet withdrawals completing within a few hours of approval.

• Withdrawal requests can only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Cross-wallet or third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is shown in your account at the time of requesting.
• Your account must be fully verified before your first withdrawal can be processed. This includes completing identity verification.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. See the Bonuses section below for details.
• jj7 reserves the right to carry out additional checks before processing withdrawals where security concerns exist. This may add to standard processing time.
• Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically the fastest channel available. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving bank.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on jj7 are subject to the specific rules of each sport, game or event type. By placing a bet or participating in any game on jj7, you agree to the applicable rules for that activity.

• Sports bets are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body. For cricket this includes the ICC, PCB and PSL organisers as appropriate.
• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• jj7 reserves the right to void bets where an error in odds, a technical fault or an event-related irregularity has occurred. Affected players will be notified and stakes returned where applicable.
• Live betting markets are subject to suspension at any time during a match or event. jj7 is not liable for markets that close before a bet is confirmed.
• Casino and slot game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation. Results are final once a game round is completed.
• Bingo game results are generated and verified independently. Chat room rules apply in all bingo lobbies.
• Maximum bet and win limits apply across all betting and gaming categories. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting market.
• jj7 does not accept bets from players who have reason to believe the outcome of an event is non-random or has been manipulated.

9 Prohibited Activity

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jj7. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of balances without recourse.

• Opening more than one account per person.
• Using another person's identity or payment methods to register or transact.
• Attempting to manipulate games, betting markets or outcomes through any technical or non-technical means.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any non-human method to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches or miscalculated odds in a systematic way.
• Participating in or facilitating any form of money laundering through the platform.
• Attempting to abuse bonus terms or promotions through multi-accounting or coordinated low-risk play.
• Any activity that jj7 reasonably considers to be fraudulent, harmful or in bad faith toward the platform or other players.

11 Changes to These Terms

jj7 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in platform features, payment methods, game offerings or operational requirements. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

For significant changes, jj7 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the platform or by email. However, it remains your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of jj7 after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a change, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
